FalconSight (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services at falconsight.almen.ae.

This Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data when you access or use FalconSight. Where required, we will seek your consent for specific processing activities.

We collect the following information when you register and use FalconSight:

• Full name (first and last name)
• Email address
• Portfolio data you voluntarily enter (e.g. stock tickers, quantities, purchase prices, and dates)
• Transaction files you choose to upload to the AI Import Assistant, which may contain financial, account, or portfolio information such as stock tickers, quantities, prices, fees, and transaction dates (see Section 6, AI Import Assistant)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
• Device and browser information

We do not collect your brokerage credentials, bank account information, or any financial account access.

Portfolio data is entered manually by you. FalconSight does not connect to brokerage accounts and does not independently verify the accuracy of portfolio data you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the FalconSight platform
• Provide AI-assisted features that you choose to use or that are included in your plan, such as the AI Import Assistant and AI-generated summaries (see Sections 6 and 7)
• Send you account-related emails (confirmation, password reset)
• Improve our services based on usage patterns
• Communicate product updates and relevant announcements
• Comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations

We process your personal data where necessary to provide and maintain FalconSight, manage your account, secure the platform, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.

Where required by applicable law, we will seek your consent for specific processing activities.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database provider. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Access to portfolio data is restricted through technical controls, including Row Level Security, so users can only access their own portfolio data through the application. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel where necessary for security, support, maintenance, or legal compliance.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

FalconSight offers an optional AI Import Assistant that lets you upload a transaction file (such as CSV, Excel/XLSX, PDF, or an image/screenshot) instead of entering each transaction by hand. Using this feature is entirely optional — manual entry remains fully available, and you never have to upload a file.

When you upload a file:

• The file may contain financial, account, or portfolio information, such as stock tickers, quantities, prices, fees, and transaction dates.
• Some files — particularly PDF account statements or screenshots — may contain additional information beyond a transaction table, such as account or statement details.
• The file is processed to extract suggested transactions for you to review. For CSV and Excel files, the parsed row data is used; for a PDF, the text layer is extracted from the document; for an image or screenshot, the image itself is read to identify transactions.
• Under the current implementation, the file you upload is parsed in memory and is not stored as a file on our systems.
• The extracted row data, the suggested transactions, any validation warnings, the review and confirmation status, and related import metadata (such as the file name, row counts, and timestamps) may be stored so we can provide the review-and-confirm workflow.
• No transaction is added to your portfolio until you review the suggestions and confirm them. Once you confirm, the confirmed transactions are stored as ordinary portfolio transactions, the same as transactions you enter manually.

The AI Import Assistant extracts and suggests data only; it does not provide financial or investment advice. Extracted data may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and confirming it before it is saved.

FalconSight's AI Import Assistant uses a third-party AI service provider to extract suggested transactions from the files you upload. When you use the AI Import Assistant, FalconSight may send import data to Anthropic, through the Claude API, solely to extract suggested transactions for your review. What is sent depends on the file: for CSV and Excel files, the parsed row data; for a PDF, the text extracted from the document, not the original PDF file; for an image or screenshot, the image itself. FalconSight does not send your import data to Anthropic for any purpose other than producing these suggestions. Suggestions produced by the AI are never added to your portfolio automatically and do not write directly to your transaction ledger; they always require your review, editing, and confirmation before anything is saved. We require Anthropic to handle your data under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and we will update this Policy or provide additional notice where appropriate.

FalconSight may show AI-generated summaries as informational features. They are produced by an automated AI model provided by a third-party AI service provider, Anthropic, through the Claude API. Two kinds exist, and they use different information.

Company summariesdescribe a listed company's most recently reported financial results. They are generated from company and market data that FalconSight holds about listed companies, such as company profile details, reported financial statements, financial ratios, and dividend history. No personal data and no information about your portfolio is used to produce a company summary.

Portfolio AI daily summaries, where your plan includes them and you have turned them on, describe how one of your portfolios moved on a market day. They are generated on a schedule for a market day, not on request. To generate one, FalconSight sends Anthropic a limited, derived description of that portfolio for that market day. Under the current Portfolio AI design, this description may include:

• The market date the summary covers
• The tickers of selected stocks relevant to the summary, such as the stocks that contributed most to or detracted most from that day's movement, stocks involved in that day's portfolio activity, stocks with a dividend event, stocks for which a price was not available, and a stock identified by a concentration check
• The portfolio's percentage price movement for the market day, and whether it moved up, down, or was flat
• The percentage price movement of each named stock, and its rank as a contributor or detractor
• Percentage weights of named stocks, in the cases where the design allows a weight to be included
• Whether a named stock was purchased or sold that day, and whether a position was opened or closed
• The type and date of a dividend event, such as an ex-dividend date or a payment date
• The percentage of the portfolio for which prices were available (price coverage)
• Whether a single stock exceeds a concentration threshold, and that stock's percentage weight

Under the current Portfolio AI design, FalconSight does not send Anthropic:

• Your name or email address
• Any user or account identifier
• The portfolio's identifier or name
• Share quantities
• The portfolio's absolute value, or the absolute AED amount of its movement
• Cost basis, transaction amounts, or your raw transaction history
• Cash balances, deposits, or withdrawals
• Dividend entitlement amounts or dividend per-share amounts
• The internal source fingerprint FalconSight uses to detect changes in a portfolio's data

This information is minimized and does not identify you directly, but it describes your portfolio, and we treat it as your data. FalconSight sends this information to Anthropic for the purpose of generating the Portfolio AI daily summary shown to you.

Portfolio AI daily summaries are controlled by you. They are off unless you turn them on in Settings, and they are off by default for every account. Your plan alone does not turn them on. FalconSight sends the information described above to Anthropic only while this setting is on and your plan includes the feature. If you turn the setting off, FalconSight stops sending your portfolio information to Anthropic for Portfolio AI daily summaries, and no new Portfolio AI daily summaries are generated for you. Turning the setting off does not delete Portfolio AI records that were already generated; they remain stored with the portfolio they describe, as explained below. You can change this setting in Settings at any time.

FalconSight stores the generated summary and the supporting derived facts needed to provide the feature with the portfolio it describes. Those Portfolio AI records are deleted when that portfolio is deleted.

AI-generated summaries describe recorded data only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They make no forecast or recommendation, and they are not financial or investment advice.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell your portfolio data or your AI Import Assistant data to advertisers. We may share data with:

• Service providers necessary to operate, secure, monitor, and improve FalconSight, including Supabase, Vercel, Resend, PostHog, and Sentry.
• Anthropic (Claude API), our AI service provider for the AI Import Assistant, company summaries, and Portfolio AI daily summaries. Import data may be sent to Anthropic to extract suggested transactions for your review. Company and market data may be sent to generate company summaries. Where Portfolio AI daily summaries are available to you and you have turned them on in Settings, the limited, derived portfolio information described in Section 7 may be sent to generate a Portfolio AI daily summary.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by UAE law

We ensure that all service providers adhere to appropriate data protection and confidentiality obligations.

Your information may be processed and stored outside the United Arab Emirates by our service providers. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, session management, preferences, analytics, and platform improvement. We do not use these technologies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

FalconSight is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If we become aware of a data breach that may affect your personal data, we will take appropriate steps to assess, contain, and notify affected users or authorities where required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of FalconSight after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
